One commode - what’s wrong with people! In the pull in just past the Pavillion drive way. Appeared last night. One large black cover in the pull in just before the Pavillion drive. Been there a while but can’t get this in a sack. I usually pick up discarded stuff but won’t get these in my car.

No Signage at path junction (Lyng RB 16/FP17), 3rd March
There is nothing on the ground whatsoever to indicate where Lyng FP 17 leaves Lyng RB 16, nor that it even exists. There is a clear need for signage, here, to assist persons unfamiliar with the locality to follow the path. DEFRA Rights of Way Circular 01/09, at paragraph 2.11, admonishes local highway authorities as to the importance of providing appropriate signs or notices "particularly at path junctions, to enable them to use the local rights of way network". In this case, as Lyng Restricted Byway No. 16 is a carriageway, which should have a permanently undisturbed surface, there should be no practical problem in erecting a signpost at this point.
