This verge should be cut on the first cut of the year. It is left to wild during the summer but we were told it would be cut and raked to encourage wild flowers. This has not happened and it had become very unkempt. It is usually cut or strimmed.

Damaged brick weave and weeds., 14th April
Brick weave has risen over time due to tree roots underneath, creating an obstacle course/trip hazard. Also the area of the square is covered in weeds and people's dustbins that don't get put away after collection.

Strings of potholes, 1st April
Stings of potholes across the junction stemming from previous repairs. Particularly bad when turning right from Station Rd to London Rd. Bad enough to cause damage to car suspension if hit wrongly and I now have to steer around the holes as they are that bad.
Additionally a lot of potholes further up London Road already marked for repair but have not yet been addressed after a good couple of months.
If I send in my suspension repair bill will the Council reimburse me??

Anti semitic graffiti, 3rd February
Blackthorn Road park has some new graffiti. Amoungst this is a swastika on the picnic table. This is particularly worrying and offensive as a Jewish family live round the corner and their children play in this park.

The council owned shrubbery is overgrowand broken, 2nd January
This shrubbery always previously maintained by south Norfolk Council community Assets Team is constantly overgrown, unkempt, unsightly, whilst sticktly inpairing our whikxtyattemoting to back of off our driveway and now the fianal straw being the fence post has been damaged p, whicjy also impedes the same!
The shrubs and brambles are so bad that we cannot have a clear view when backing off of our drive which is adjacent to a junction and therefore very dangerous..
This has been the case for at least some 4 months plus and is totally unsatisfactory and dangerous.
Please remedy all issues forthwith as it’s an accident waiting to happen. Thank you.

Tree completely covering on side of road, 20th October
A large section of tree has fallen and is now covering one side of the road completely blocking traffic on that side. There is also some deep water there from the rain so it's not an ideal situation

Water standing alongside footpath, 13th October
This is a problem I reported some time back and got a reply to say there was no issue. Well clearly there is as when it rains heavily a very large amount of water forms next to the public footpath. So large that vehicles drive through it and it splashes right over the path and in to the river below. Traffic cannot avoid it when there are vehicles coming from the other way as the road is too narrow to pull over. There is a drain there but the water does not seem to go down it.
