Large tree across road with power cable dragged down to road level, 3rd January
A large tree has come down across Water Tower Road, preventing traffic from passing. It also has a power cable or phone line (unsure which) which appears to still be attached to poles but has been caught up in the tree as it has fallen. Not able to determine if this cable is still live. Dark when passing, hence no images or further detail.

I hit these large, deep potholes in the dark with a massive bang to my suspension. They are highly dangerous and should be treated with priority. I hope that a motorcyclist does not find them before they are fixed!

Overgrown bushes on cycle path, 22nd July
The cycle path called Potash Lane, between Lotus and St Thomas' Lane is very overgrown, so much so that there is not enough room for two bicycles to pass each other along a significant part of the route. The overgrown bushes also make it impossible to see oncoming cyclists and pedestrians.so it is currently very dangerous.

Two large trees supporting one another., 1st February
Dangerous situation of two trees supporting each other over Water Tower road. Poorly maintained tree management after every high wind trees fall down with loss of phone lines.. County Council informed by phone but a waste of time as nothing has been done! Police closed road for a day but seem to not consider these trees a danger.

Severally overgrown hedges, 2nd June
The whole section of potash lane with no vehicle access needs hedges, bushes, trees and miss cut back so that the kerb can actually be seen.
Especially the sections near the barriers as nearly impassable.
