The drains in this part of the road have been blocked for several years. They have been cleaned before but it appears that has not been sucessful as the slightest amount of rain and the water backs up. There are drains on both sides of the road so it appears that the blockage is further down the hill from the master drain. The drain on the far side feeds into the one on the right.

Parked in my parking space, 22nd March
The vehicle parked in my parking bay when I returned home. No one knows where the person is. Believed to be boyfriend of one resident in a flat. Polite notice placed on windscreen.

Cul de sac turning point restricted, 7th May
There are several vehicles including a large DPD vehicle parking in the turning head of the cup-de-sac. This is causing large vehicles such as refuse collection having to mount the pavement and having to drive over the corner of a lawn. This issue has been present since at least last year. This is at the end of Penrice Road, Little Plumstead. NR13 5FP.

Vehicle blocking footpath / cycle path, 30th October
Vehicles along Penrice Road constantly park on the cycle path and footpath. There is a DPD vehicle parked near where I live (see attached photo) and a saw a mother with a young child in a push chair and a disabled youngster in a wheelchair have to divert into the road this morning. This constantly happens along Penrice Road making the cycle path unusable and causing pedestrians to have to divert into the carriageway.

Nasty deep pothole, 17th January
There is a deep pothole in the surface of the lane in the normal wheel track on this narrow single track lane. It's in the RH side track going West. Difficult to see at night and dangerous to car suspension and motorbikes.

Surefacing the road has caused a problem, 3rd September
Hi there
Woodbastwick Road has just been re-surfaced and this has resulted in the road surface now being higher than the dropped curbs . this results in large puddles forming over the paths as well , I have to push my mother in a wheelchair and now constantly get wet from speeding cars going through the puddles

Drain cover corner exposed to 3 inch depth. it will cause punture and wheel damage. It is dangerous for motor cycles, cycles and cars. It's oposite a junction so if a car, cycle or motor cycle swerve to avoid the hole there could be a very nasty accident.

Burning of commercial waste, 27th March
Starfish Installations do not dispose of any of their waste correctly, but instead take it to their 'lock-up' near Blofield Heath to burn their waste. This includes plastics, along with cardboard, pallets and anything else left over from the days work.
