Very overgrown bushes blocking view of oncoming traffic from A428 (60mph) Really dangerous with new growth making it much worse recently 26 weeks is not a reasonable response time to this.

Over grown Hedge request cutting back, 1st May
Resident of 7 Willow Lane, has advised a hedge located near the alleyway is overgrown and affecting fencing of property, growing into allotments. also height of hedge is now touching the wires for the telephone/electric poles. Request please for cutting back of hedge. Thank you.

Overhanging branch and bus stop sign not visible, 30th April
Just waiting for the school bus and there’s a big branch causing the bus not to be able to come off the road effectively.. also the vegetation around the stop sign is overgrown.

The Stop sign has been defaced with a sticker (heavy adheasive), 29th April
The Stop sign at the Meadow Lane/Bedford road junction has been defaced with a sticker. A resident tried to remove it but noticed that it was attached with heavy adhesive so to try and remove may cause damage to the sign.

Worn out road markings on junction, 21st April
I have reported this matter several times in the past only to be told that the state of the white lining was being monitored This is an extremely high risk junction and the road markings for the right turn safety box from the Bedford Road into The High Street are now virtually obliterated. This morning I narrowly avoided a head on collision with an oncoming car whose driver had no idea that it was travelling in the the right turn box! These lines must be replaced urgently to avoid possible serious accident

Pot hole repair 37, 17th April
Yet another pot in this stretch of road. I've seen swiss cheese with less holes in than this stretch of road.
37 separate pot hole repairs in 50m of road, surely it would ne easier to replace the whole thing.

Near to Metal Drainage Works, 10th April
From Northampton to Bedford new pothole just before metal drain in verge pothole deep and jaggered looking dangerous to motorbike & cyclists can not wait until resurfacing works needs investigating : this is a new defect and seems to have been patched previously

Blocked road drain overfilling, 26th March
I reported this in Dec / Jan against ref 5168597 the report took a while to close as repaired, however the problem still remains. When it rains the water level is above the drain cover and the water is not draining away.

Large pothole as you go down hill, 22nd March
This pothole is rather large and it’s as you have gone down hill from Brafield and it’s directly before the turn to Little Houghton before you get to the rest of the many potholes that are at Station Road by Cogenhoe turn! This one really banged my car tyre and suprised it’s still in one piece
