Large pothole on Spratton road, just before recently re-surfaced section, 19th February
The pothole has been here for a couple of months, but has deteriorated significantly in the past couple of weeks. I hit it recently in the morning on the way to work. It was unavoidable as there was a lot of traffic coming the other way. It burst my tyre and left me stranded.

Please check the entire section of Holdenby Road between Church Brampton and East Haddon as there are many potholes along the verges across this entire stretch. Particularly around Holdenby, the road is also quite uneven across the width of the road.

The post has been put in verge right next to road which has no lighting and requires vehicles to drive wheels onto verge to pass a vehicle in opposite direction. It is likely to cause serious damage to a vehicle/tyres if struck. The road is National speed limit (60mph)
