Disgraceful Bodged Repair, 12th April
Highways you have as usual done a bodged job , I reported this water eroding the road nearly two years ago and continually asked you to repair , you denied it was your responsibility blaming anyone but you . Then you finally had to admit responsibility as the road is now a stream with large holes appearing all the way down Bucknills Road . So you stated you had found the fault and fixed it ?? in Highways language “ you had stuck a bad batch of tarmac in the holes , much the same as you do to all the roads around Northants. So within the hour the water pours up through the poor grade tarmac and bursts down the road . Fix it properly, you are paid to do the job , do it properly.

Potholes, 11th April
The potholes have still not been fixed since we reported back in early January. It’s getting to the point know. Where if we are going right at the roundabout then we have to go right round the outside of the roundabouts. This is causing hazardous to drivers going straight one who might be taking the outside of the roundabout as well.

Deep pot hole on side of road near driveway for house set back from road. Gradually getting deeper., 4th April
Pot hole is crumbling and getting deeper. Fills with water when raining so can’t see how deep it is. Cars coming down driveway have to turn into it coming down on to Bucknills lane.

Overflowing manhole cover, 2nd April
Please see report id - 4335720 This has been an ongoing issue. The manhole outside number 50 floods during rain and floods the road and path. I had dig a trench to protect the area.

Crevasse opened up on road- dangerous to cyclists, 30th March
There is no mass on the outside of the road surface (just mud and field ditch) to react the turning forces of vehicles. Hence the highway is sliding and constantly failing. Given the newness of this traffic calming addition and overall lack of awareness by the contractor to account for basic physics (every force has an equal and opposite reaction) please make sure that remediation is carried out under warranty.

Deep Pothole outside the front of my house on the main road, 22nd March
The pothole has been here for more than a year and continues to get worse, now causing a hazard not only for access to my property but also for cars driving up Bucknills Lane.

Tarmac broken/split. Grass/mud have taken over, 21st March
This footpath is roughly a foot wide in places as the grass/mud have taken over. When it's wet it's extremely slippery. The path is extremely uneven and broken in places. It is the only footpath from Bucknills Lane up the Main Road before the crossing to the Kilsby gravel path so why isn't it maintained?

Well over 10 potholes of various sizes, 21st March
At least 1/3 of this roundabout is covered with potholes of varying sizes. I know this issue has been raised multiple times but it needs sorting ASAP. It wont be long until someone on a motorbike has an off because of the condition of the road. Cars/vans etc need to travel at slow speed to avoid them which will cause a collision.
