Massive potholes on Watford to Long Buckby road, 26th April
Leaving Watford village towards Long Buckby, there is a significant stretch of road (left side of carriageway) that has extremely deep & wide potholes filled with water. As this is a bus route & used by heavy lorries accessing Long Buckby it is extremely difficult to take evasive action to avoid these craters. These have worsened significantly over the last couple of weeks.

Double yellow lines obliterated after 14 months, 18th April
February 2023 at the formal request of Long Buckby Parish Council, (report ref 4205130), you renewed the double yellow lines on LB High Street between the junction with Brington Road & the 'Pinstripes' shop front. As you will see from the photos these line have already been largely obliterated. Cars parked in this location cause a serious accident hazard (just as they did when you painted the lines before). Accordingly the Parish Council once again formally requests that you renew the lines as soon as possible. I doing so we point out that the risk is at its highest at rush hour times and when the adjacent school 'turns out'.

There are an increasing number of potholes that cover Spencer road from the junior school to past the entrance to William Road. This means any faster than 5mph makes you car feel like it is falling apart .

Significant pot hole on Main Street, Watford, 5th April
Whilst driving through Main Street in the village of Watford, I incurred impact damage from unknowingly driving over/in to a pot hole. This has caused significant damage to my car as a result. The suspension mechanism is broken and requires repair at great cost. I am a nurse and unable to get to work without my car. I am a single parent with a disabled son now without transport. Please can you advise of immediate solution to the road and my costs and impact on the safety of my family. Thank you for your help.
