Road sunk, 12th March
When the garage built their new mot building the dug up the road, this was now filled back up to the same level as the rest of the road and has now sunk to create a large hole

I hit a pothole around this location this evening. I cannot confirm the exact location as I could not safely stop. The noise made when my car hit it was very loud so I suspect it is a large pothole.

Blocked drain, 1st March
Drain blocked for at least 6 months, water streams down from Northampton Road along High Street Welford. Drain is positioned just north of the drive entrance for number 1 Northampton Road. The photos attached were taken this morning during light/medium rainfall.

Middle Cheveron sign dropped to ground level, 17th February
Series of 3 chevron signs waring of bend - middle one dropped to ground level- needs lifting and boulting in place on pole. Also beyond ben the plastic deformable black and white with re topped edge boundary marks all missing - in past several vehicles have tipped over here into field off road.

Tree leaning over and at risk of falling, 14th February
The tree is leaning over and is at risk of falling - next to it there is another small tree that's also dead and starting to rot - this area needs looking at to avoid damage to property and injuries .
The tree is dying and the ground is pretty uneven which is worsening the leaning of it

Floppy missing again, 25th January
The new floppy fitted a month ago approx has been destroyed again (base looks OK) new design floppy does not seem to be as strong as old (smaller bolts) tractors and lorries seem to just drive over top and it has been ripped out older design lasts longer?

Blocked Footpath on both sides of the road, High Street, Welford, 21st December
Welford Parish Council - calling regarding obstruction of both sides of the footpath in Welford High Street / A5199 which is a busy A-road. There are barriers and obstruction on both sides of the road so pedestrians have no choice but to walk in the middle of the road to get past this particular location. On one side is Talbot House/Abbey View which has scaffolding up - the other side has a dangerous wall with barriers around it. Pedestrians walking in the middle of the road are at risk of being hit by a car - especially if this is during evening/night when it is dark. Needs urgent attention. Customer has also been advised to email Regulations.

The top of Hall Lane (outside properties 2 - 8) has some really bad pot holes, 14th December
The top end of Hall Lane has some pot holes which are dangerous to public walkers and drivers - the one directly outside number 2 is about 2 foot across and 6 inches deep. In total there must be at least 10 pot holes which require attention outside the properites. Please note - this end of Hall Lane is not a private road - the private road starts after number 10 and is the concreted section.

There is mud al along the A5199 between the A14 and Welford - This is extremely slippery and dangerous especially in the dark , An effort was made to clear it a bit but has not made much of a difference
