Grass patch to the right of access path to 19 thirlmere Ave is wholly owned by the council but it is only ever partly mown so it is untidy and overgrown and the overgrown grass is encroaching onto the access path to 19 thirlmere Ave creating a trip hazard This was reported twice last year.

Advertising banner blocking visibility, 29th April
Vauxhall have installed an advertising banner blocking the visibility through the safety fence at the crossing of the A45 exit slip at the riverside roundabout. I do NOT believe this is a designated advertising space. By blocking the visibility at the barrier a wheelchair user can now no longer determine if there are any vehicles approaching the crossing without physically being in the road. The presents a serious safety breach in addition to being a potentially unauthorised space to advertise. I have almost been hit by a car on two separate occasions by having to stray so far into the live lane during crossing whist the crossing was lit for pedestrians to cross.

The red traffic light has failed on the traffic light on the right as you come out of Spinney Hill Road and turn right onto Kettering road. It makes it appear the whole light is not working as you approach the junction to leave the estate.

Trees have been trimmed all along but the job has caused problems, 29th April
Customer states the tree trimmers have cut back trees to main trunk and one taken down to a stump. One tree has a very large limb that was dropped during the process onto the hedgerow and damaged it and the fence. The whole area looks terrible and the sound deadening has been taken away. They have gone made with it. The job should be inspected and the team should be advised how to do this properly. All the bits and pieces blew into residents gardens. They no longer have privacy from the main road. Very bad job. Hedgerow now too short.

Just passed the mini roundabout next to the college road condition dreadfil causing unnecessary manouvers which can be dangerous, someone has just put tarmac in but not a brilliant job unless its a temp one

"The vehicle owner has blocked the pedestrian pathway by parking their car three days ago. This isn't the first occurrence. It's a large van that, even when parked in a parking space, poses a hazard by limiting visibility for other drivers. "This time, it's preventing normal use for pedestrians, people with disabilities, or parents with strollers. "We don't have assigned parking spaces, but this person doesn't even live here."

Blocked footpath, 26th April
Please can the neighbour at number 7 beckett way cut back their bush from the footpath. I use a mobility scooter to get out of the cul-de-sac and this is blocking my access. I need the top of the path cleared before the speed bump in the road, so I can drive my scooter straight onto the path as there is no drop kerb access.

Large potholes mainly opposite 19 Fairfield Road and numerous other parts of this street from Kingsley Road to its junction with Wallace Road (Wallace Road wants looking at too). Potholes getting deeper and road surface elsewhere is degrading, 24th April
Within 20 meters of the traffic lights the pot holes are getting deeper to the point of dangerous and the road surface is just wearing away. Whoever fixed it last time, did a terrible job and just chucked a blob of tarmac in the middle - where was the QA? Any and all repairs have worn away badly and there will be a tragedy before too long
