Filthy street as usual, 30th April
Large amounts of litter on the street and pavements from 56 to 66 Florence road . The road and gutters have never been swept in my 7 years of occupancy. Ingrained dirt in road gutters. Gulleys never emptied resulting in overflowing with dirty water. Pavements damaged and uneven. Road surface breaking up. What am I paying my council tax for?

Grass patch to the right of access path to 19 thirlmere Ave is wholly owned by the council but it is only ever partly mown so it is untidy and overgrown and the overgrown grass is encroaching onto the access path to 19 thirlmere Ave creating a trip hazard This was reported twice last year.

Trees have been trimmed all along but the job has caused problems, 29th April
Customer states the tree trimmers have cut back trees to main trunk and one taken down to a stump. One tree has a very large limb that was dropped during the process onto the hedgerow and damaged it and the fence. The whole area looks terrible and the sound deadening has been taken away. They have gone made with it. The job should be inspected and the team should be advised how to do this properly. All the bits and pieces blew into residents gardens. They no longer have privacy from the main road. Very bad job. Hedgerow now too short.

The road has been resurfaced but the white lines to request: `no parking in front of dropped kerb' - have not been painted back on. Please can you arrange for this to be done. Customer has a disability and finds his drive obstructed regularly.
