Studfall junior school vegitation overgrowing, 12th May
Studfall junior school vegitation overgrowing. The school has fitted new steel fencing around the school feilds but have not removed the vegitation which is part of their land. This vegitation is drowing through the private fencincing and causing damage to the fencing and is unsightly. This is effecting my rear garden. I cannot cleqr this myself as it is outside of my fenced border, inside the school boundry and is owned by the school.

Cracked tree, 10th May
There is a tree in Melville Court it is just on the other side of the fence but it is cracked. There is a large branch and it is going over the garden and when it breaks it will go into window of one of the flats and it will go into to the garden. It will take down the guttering and it could take down the fence. It has been reported earlier today and it is still cracking.

The front garden of 244 Rowlett road has been concreted and is being used as a driveway. This property does not have a dropped kerb/dropped crossing access to use the front garden as a drive. This is making passing the property dangerous at various times of the day as cars and a van are driving on and off of this. They often use the neighbours dropped access for this

No pedestrian crossing, no zebra road marking and no any lights for pedestrian that cause some of pedestrian aproaching on the road even you have got green light. This make very danger stuation and it greatly increases the probability of hitting pedestrians, of which there are many when returning from work. Email chase to CS NNC corby: Hi I was emailed september 2023 by NNC to say that my trees at the front of my property are to be pruned. The whole stretch of this road needs resurfacing!
Cars are having to drive on the other side of the road so they don't get shaken apart.
When you inspect the road actually drive along it and you will see/feel. I dread to think about the amount of damage being done to cars!
