Damage to verge and surface of lay by, 2nd May
Deep scouring of verge where HGV has attempted to turn around in the lay by, also ripping up tarmac surface of the road. This happens at least 10 times a year due to HGV's getting lost going to Weetabix/Morrisons and then trying to turn round - perhaps a 'no turning' sign might help in the longer term.

Layby left and right side of the A6, 2nd May
Laybys left and right on A6, near Burton Latimer, as I travel to work, both lay-bys have a permanent residence. campervan and car and a 2 berth caravan. Living in the laybys. Campervan has been there about 1 year and the 2 berth caravan few months as it was parked up by MC Donald's roundabout. I am a finedon resident. Surely this is not allowed under regulations or hygiene. And safety. they are looking unsightly now. And in full view of all the traffic. Regards Zoe stubbs
