Large rock on road from HS2 site, struck front driver side tyre of my car at 11am today, Mon 22/4; couldn't avoid as came from beneath vehicle in front, 22nd April
Large rock struck driver side front tyre; heading down A422 from Westbury to Brackley at 11am this morning. any damage still to be ascertained. second time this has happened!

The grass is so long at the crossroads you can’t see cars coming, 19th April
If exiting Biddlesden Road and turning right you can’t see traffic travelling on the A422 until the last minute, making it highly dangerous.

Road Markings at Junction Badly Faded, 9th April
This junction has very poor sight lines and road markings are very difficult to see. For those not familiar with this junction, priorities are not easy to determine.

There is one particularly large pot hole that's filled with water currently with another almost opposite it. Further along towards Shalstone there are also a few smaller pot holes

Blocked Drain, 29th February
As before, when it rains (even in light drizzle) the drain fills with water, this water then flows down the drive of the school causing issues in the school. This drain needs emptying to stop issues at the school.

Entering from the Brackley direction huge pothole on nearside of road causing vehicle to take to the middle of the road to avoid it. This pothole will cause serious damage to a vehicle or bring a motorcyclist off their bike. Cars swerving and I witnessed a near head on crash this afternoon. Unlit section of road

Corner of orchard place and fullwell Road, 28th February
Salt bin has been empty for over a year I reported it twice last year still not been full if it's not going to be refilled please take it away as it's classed as fly tipping and looks a mess in a lovely village ??

Just pass the 40 sign heading into the village from Brackley direction towards Buckingham. Serious pothole with hard edges that you have to cross onto the opposite carriageway to avoid. Very dangerous., 26th February

Blocked Drains - Fulwell - Oxon / Bucks border, 26th February
This is causing significant flooding on the Fulwell - Westbury road. Two cars were written off in a flood last week. The drains are blocked on both sides of the bridge (Oxon & Bucks) but the flood is on the Bucks side.

Beachborough School is getting flooded due to blocked drain. Currently flooding reception area - are using blow up sandbags but with the rain due to come are getting worried that the school may have to close

Deep potholes / road damage on both sides of road near HS2, 21st February
The already narrow A422 is breaking up and has significant pot holes on both sides of the road. These cause traffic to swerve onto the wrong side of the road, at risk of collision into oncoming traffic. I have seen people slowing down and stopping whilst indicating to drive around the pot holes recently. This is a 50mph stretch of road and needs urgent maintenance! Overuse of this road by HS2 dirt lorry’s has caused significant damage. Perhaps they could be cross charged for this work if any constraints on local council budget? Thanks

Severe pothole on A422 just before entering Westbury, 21st February
The pothole is deep and wide, causing traffic to swerve onto the other side of the road. I can’t take a photo for safety reasons, but am concerned that if this isn’t addressed it could cause a collision. Overuse of this road by HS2 dirt lorry’s has caused significant damage. Perhaps they could be cross charged for this work if any constraints on local council budget?

Road flooded and impassable, yet again, 19th February
This road is becoming flooded and impassable a lot more frequently than previous winters. I have attached some photos I took over the weekend (before this flooding) of the drains I could see. Everything is blocked with mud. Appreciate if this can be looked at asap as multiple cars got stuck in the flood water 2 weeks ago and ended up blocking the road. Thank you

Large pothole which is unavoidable if traffic is coming the other way. Impossible to see in the dark. Burst my tyre and possible damage to the wheel
