Cars parked to deter use of the green lane. Road also narrowed by vegetation to restrict opening of gates. This has occurred previously.
However thank you to MCC for removing the PRIVATE signs placed on Tabernacle Road. Ty Coch NP7 7LT

The junction between CWM COED-Y-GERIG LANE, CWMYOY and the CWM ROAD, CWMYOY has been deliberately blocked by the placement of a tree trunk and associated brush wood

Misleading sign, 22nd September
This warning sign suggest use of the Unclassified Council Road should not be used by Motorised vehicles however it is intended to refer to illegal use OFF THE HIGHWAY. It would be helpful to make this clear by using a Black Arrow Marker alongside, widely used and recommended to be indicate a UCR. This inhibits access for people with limited mobility from accessing suitable sustainable quiet roads with wonderful views. For example see https://glass-uk.org/accessibility.html

Tree trunk obstruction placed in Road., 22nd September
A substantial tree trunk, weighing best part of a tonne placed in the road to deliberately obstruct..
There have been altercations with an owner of Ty Coch in the past. There is another dysfunctional gate adjacent to the tree trunk.
Unfortunately these have deterred use and the whole road is badly overgrown through lack of use.
Note the Private Signs at the entrance to Ty Coch.

Grass completely covering centre of highway as not scraped last year ( normally done by highways annually).Some minor potholes also need fixing.

Two large scrapes taken out of road surface, 6th August
Two large scrapes taken out of road between trwysgoed house and pont newydd house. Been there since 4th august 2018.

Wall has fallen into the road, partially blocking it., 2nd December
A dry stone wall has just collapsed into the road and there are some stones which are too heavy to lift. Road is designated C3-5, signposted "Cwm Coed y Cerrig" left from the pitch up from the Queens Head to Twyn-y-Gaer. Road is now partially blocked.
