I live at 69 Llanover Road, Pontypool, NP4 9HR, next door (70 Llanover road) has been empty for 20+ years and no sign of anyone coming or going. yesterday all this waste (shown in the photo) was fly tipped by random people. There is sharp material on the pavement (broken chimneys pieces), a lot of building material waste.

This a retirement home if a ambulance or fire engine needs too use area in an emergency this care is blocking the area. This Car has been there for about 6 weeks now.

Campervan dumped at bottom of The Park (nr old Beeches nursing home), 21st February
This campervan was left here at least 6 weeks ago (I am not local but it's my dads road and this was the last time I was there) along with with a lot of rubbish. Hasn't moved at all. Couldn't see any specific identifiers on it.
