Gully blocked and has been for nearly 2 years. Keep reporting via Torfaen web site but reporting on FixMyStreet to see if this makes any difference. Causes river to run down road and makes crossing at the pinch point just south of this very difficult without getting wet feet.

Parking outside Garnteg Primary School bottom entrance, 23rd November
At school drop off and collection cars park over double yellow lines and on the pavement near the school forcing pedestrians to walk in the road. I was almost ran over today by a car that mounted the pavement in front of me to park. There is a free car park available less than 20m away for parents to use.
