The whole road is dreadful very uneven and lots of shallow potholes it's very dangerous for push bikes and people walking it has been like this since I moved to my property 2 and half years ago and other residents of the area says it's been like it for a lot longer but nothing gets done

Flytipping of rubbish, 28th September
Resident of 14 Bryn Terrace, Pontnewyndd has dumped rubbish consisting of broken furniture, household waste and broken metal in a lane, behind their property. The bottom of their garden is now full of rubbish therefore rubbish is now being dumped outside of their property gate. This has been accumulating for at least six months.

Potholed path, 6th September
Very dangerous uneven path linking Canal Close and East View. About 10 metres of potholes along busy path. Children use this every day walking to school and elderly people walking to doctors and soon someone is going to seriously injury themselves

Terrible potholes, road erosion and overgrown verges., 22nd June
Large sections of Cwmhir road are completely eroded on the sides, leaving a narrow expanse of tarmac not wide enough for a vehicle. Huge potholes causing suspension damage to vehicles occur the whole length of the road. Navigating the uneven surface is now complicated by overgrown verges.

An industrial size refuse bin has been dragged to the riverside opposite the salmon run in the river where the canal crosses overhead. All the contents have been tipped out and left on the bank and in the river.

Significant pothole on Matthew Terrace, 13th January

Parking issue, 3rd October
A young person who is staying with one of the neighbours on Leigh road keeps double parking his 13 plate mercedes which is causing many problems to the other tenants on this side road has we need it clear for other residents to be able to turn we have tried to speak to him and he did move his vehicle which lasted only a week he is parked opposite two other reside to garages and if the emergency services needed access EG fire ambulance they will not be able to turn or even get through the very small gap that he leaves there he moves it day time but puts it back every evening around 5 this has been an ongoing issue now for over 12 months we are a lane going off Leigh Road and all properties have garages this really needs to be dealt with many thanks ks
