Having already posted this very same unaddressed issues of these diseased ash trees by torfaen county borough council every single year since"021" yet tbcc must have given & supported for the verrrrry same wild tree-lined row to only permit cutting the healthy inner hanging branches on the non-diseased trees that possibly might irritate tbcc's precious do as they like on the white-hut allotment-plot rentee's including doing what they like when they like with no consideration for the directly effected residents whether it be taking their domestic waste to dispose of by illegal burning, holding alcohol fuelled gatherings most saturdays & weekends inc.& especially bank holidays causing, carrying out d.i.y building works at unreasonable hours,who also takes their pets to run-a-muck i.e. female user with her bl ack spaniel that is causing direct nuisance

Cars parking on junction, 4th April
Cars parking on wesley street with the junction of orchard place, coming out of orchard place on the left . U have to pull right out into road to see traffic coming. Going to be a nasty bump. It happens in evening, over night and morning. So if anyone goes to look in day ti.e it will look OK

Potholes in middle of lane making them unavoidable, 11th March
Large defects in the road here mean drivers are regularly swerving into the other side of the road to avoid potholes that have been present for a few months now.

Removal of my boundary fencing without my consent or permission by local agency, 14th February
The continued harrassment by third-party local welsh govermental organisation that has again today caused more direct discrimination & harrassmnt by removing my boundary without seeking my direct consent or permission causing criminal damage and also more direct bullying and threatening behaviour by the occupant residing at bron-afon housing assoc ltd property and the continued harrassment anti-social behaviour that continues to be left unaddressed at that welsh social housing provider. why..??? ?? ??

Numerous deep potholes, 19th January
The potholes are huge at the entrance to Spring Grove I cycle so very deep and hugely dangerous also damaging cars suspension. Been reported umpteen times been there for a few years no one seems to do anything about them

Since living in this area the street signs indicating house numbers and where they are have been missing or vandalised, it makes it very difficult to find houses and looks uncared for

Nuisance neighbour parking in Cwrt Dowlais by lamppost on corner, 29th September
This neighbour in my street is a rude nuisance neighbour who lives opposite at number 1 Cwrt Dowlais ty Coch cwmbran Np44 7ap but keeps parking on the footpath right on the line of my drive at number 15 and myself and family find it extremely difficult to get in and out of my drive which is causing severe stress and disturbance to myself and my family and she is constantly breaking the law by not leaving 1.5 m gap on a dropped kerb. My housing association has also told her not to park there but she is ignoring everyone and won’t move and park in free spaces there are in the street and they have told me to contact local authorities to enforce her to move.

Cars parking on pavements blocking access, 18th September
Cars are blocking access for pedestrians to both sides of the road, sometimes it is ok as a person walking past, but if you were in a wheelchair or pushing a pram, you would have to enter the road to get by. Also there is a lot of damage on the path, due to cars parking on them. It doesn't seem to be every day though.

Public footpaths drains still compacted right up to surface-tarmac level due to the fact that torfaen borough council continue to ignore their duty of care to provide proper & adequate maintenance of said drains by as in the case of these individual drains have not ever been emptied since i brought this very same issue on the very same drains back in 2016, 5th July
Having already placed & posted this very same issue onto fixmystreet.com over 56 days ago on 9/5/023 moments after flash-flooding had occured & brought it to the attention of the relevant local communities councillor last month too to no-availe to-date & obviously needs urgent attention as more heavy rainy storms are predicted for first wks of july/023 is very concerning for this directly effected residents properties of these compacted unacceptable unmaintained public footpath drains that tbc continues to choose to not address, even though they have direct duty of care responsebilities as st set by welsh gov directive & cover nant which states all welsh school including & especially public footpaths & routes have to be perminantly maintained, so having also secured an inspection of the directly associated parallel main public drainage system that has now been fully inspected (by use of specialist drainage cameras) & carried out today 4/7/023 & given clearly bill of health by "welsh water" so there's no chance of passing the buck via their usual fob-off routine & point the finger else where etc-etc..

As reported before about daily anti-social behaviour by social housing tenants visitors day-in-day-out & (non residents), 16th May
As reported before of the daily anti-social behaviour at local social landlord tenanted (5-bedroom) property by their visitors causing great disstress & upset to all vulnerable dissabled local residents including using above mentioned boundary wooden fencing as a goal posts, plus targeting said vulnerable house-holds by kicking, knocking on their doors, windows, mouthing off to anyone who confronts them, littering public communal areas & causing blocked up trip hazards by leaving their unattended & abandoned scooters, bikes, toys on narrow public right of way paths yet with no redress or even a response to my last reporting only few weeks ago...

Unacceptable flooding due drains not being cleared or maintained regularly i.e.since the last time i had to report it back in 2016 -over 7yrs ago ned, 9th May
Having just had a really heavy downpour deluge with thunder, lightening too causing this UNACCEPTABLE potential flooding to my directly too close for comfort dwelling due to the fact that Torfaen Borough Council Authority has *NEVER & ARE NOT MAINTAINING THE DRAINS CAUSING THIS MOST CERTAINLY AVOIDABLE RISK OF FLOODING TO THE HOMES THAT WERE BUILT BY UK GOVERNMENT WITH ONLY A 6inch- doorstep elevation & on occasions like this is VERRRRRY WORRYING & CAUSES HIGH AVOIDABLE ANXIOUSNESS ESPECIALLY FOR HOUSE BOUND DISSABLED OLDER VULNERABLE CITIZENS DIRECTLY EFFECTED.. ??????

Overhanging trees in Orchard Place, 8th May
The overhanging tree branches on the way into Orchard Place need trimming back. The trees line the left side of the street on the way in. The branches constantly fall off onto cars and into the middle of the road. Due to how much the branches hang over the roadway the cars also get covered in bird faeces. The trees have been overgrown for a number of years but the branches are particularly long and will do some damage to cars if not trimmed right back. I currently have no photos of the debris that often falls on the cars.

This is how torfaen borough council soc.serv dpt repeatedly treat the dissabled her in this local authority by continue to badly fit "not fit-4-purpose dissibility bathing facilities to the most vulnerable never let alone meet reasonable adjustments as set out under duty of care & set out in 2010-wellbeing.act...???, & continue to stonewall to even come & correct this **ongoing unresolved - unacceptable law breaking actions dished out to their rightly due dissabled here in torfaen over & over agaaaaaain... ??????
