Flytipping on Cyclepath R 46 west of Rhymney Bridge. Section of wooden fence on left hand side replaced. Instead of removing rotted timbers and wires to council tip, Contractors just flytipped onto verge. Ultimately contractors are defrauding Council., being paid in full but not completing contract.

Penydre open park, 3rd January
I have taken photo of the mess. I walk my dog I need to watch where I walk with her as there's broken glass and bottle tins. Need to put camera or something to stop this with sign stating a fine and will be prosecuted. The area needs full clean up and stop joy riding also dog mess so need the dog bin back!

This whole area is easily the dirtiest place I've EVER seen in my life and I've been to the third world. Clearly no cleansing ever occurs here.

Spotted a load of mattresses and household stuff dumped into the ditch on left hand side heading east on the old Merthyr Common road - not easily visible. Around the area opposite the turning to Blaencarno / Gypsy Castle.

Speeding motorbikes, 24th March
Both on and offroad motorbikes speeding through main street. Sometimes on the pavement. Speed bumps are not effective in slowing them down. sleeping police type speed humps would be more effective.
