Unmaintained tree, 29th September
The tree roots have uplifted the pavement causing an elderly lady to fall and break ribs. The roots have smashed the sewage pipes underground and when there is heavy rain the sewage spills up onto the pavement. The leaves block the drains and when it rains heavy my parents house number 74 gets flooded. The branches over hang and could break off with buses or lorries into the nearby cars or pedestrians. This issue has been present for around 8 years. Its causing my 75 year old dad stress and anxiety. My mothers disabled bed is in the living room with electrics and electric wheelchair. Mybdad sweeps the leaves because the council send the sweep at 8 am when everyones cars are still there.

Fire ash is dumped alongside a public footpath, 27th April
For several months fire ash is being thrown over the boundary of a dwelling which backs on to a footpath adjacent to Feeder Bank Road, Tredegar, NP22 4DT. To locate it you need to go to the very end of Feeder Bank Road and then take a few steps along the footpath you find there and look to the right. Quite a mountain of ash has accumulated which is unsightly but also a potential fire risk as the warmer, dryer days of summer approach. Hot ash could easily ignite the large areas of bramble and dead wood alongside the path.

Litter roams the street ( and streets around) 24/7 especially immediately after the recycling truck has collected , because the collectors drop stuff everywhere and just leave it . Biggest problem is the bins system being used ., 24th February
Eyesore, forever picking up other people’s rubbish outside and inside my garden . Youths dumping drinks cans everywhere! Been like this for years I am informed , certainly has been since I moved her last August after buying this property .

There is a trench on the corner, 24th February
If you are coming up the hill and turn left onto Chartist Way, you bounce from one pothole to the trench. This has been the case for quite a few months. Obviously Blaenau Gwent council don't care but I continue to report these issues in the hope that eventually these muppets will get replaced and the new people will do something about it.

No means of crossing culvert safely., 8th October
This issue is on a right of way. The stream has washed away and undermined the banking. It is difficult and unsafe to cross. It needs a simple footbridge and the access improved.

Illegal parking on St George’s Court, Church Square, 2nd September
Both cars have been blocking other vehicles previously that belong to other residents of the flats, as well as preventing other vehicles owned by other residents from being able to park within the bays. This is occurring in St George’s Court, Church Square, Tredegar for around 2/3 months

Fly tipping on foot path at the far end of Feeder Bank Road, 28th August
Someone has dumped what looks like garden waste mixed with bits of old decking, paper, flower pots etc and it is also giving off a bad smell. It is on the footpath at the far end of Feeder Bank Road that leads on to Farmers Hill, Scwrfa Road.

Burning plastic waste in the garden, 27th April
House in our street continues to burn plastic waste in their front garden. They burn their grass using a gas blow torch and they burn the plastic waste in a metal bin. There is lots of smoke and fumes every evening when this is happening.
