Blocked and overgrown footpath NP11 5JT, 4th August
This footpath, between 4 and 5 Penrhiw Terrace has not been maintained for some years! Someone has now secured the gate, preventing unfettered access, at the Brett Road end. The footpath does form part of the maintainable highway since it was constructed for the benefit of residents, visitors, tradespeople, and any and all members of the public. Please arrange for routine maintenance to be undertaken and open accessibility to be reinstated.
