Team Valley traffic lights not working, 7th December
All of the traffics lights on Team Valley roundabout are not working. I know they are part-time traffic lights but they are always on during peak but they have not be on at all this week. This is causing a huge build up of traffic, which was already bad due to the Junction 67 southbound slip road closure. It is also incredibly dangerous, particularly when exiting the A1 at the Junction 67 northbound slip road as it is causing the traffic to back up on to the A1, meaning one lane is blocked by stationary traffic trying to exit.
I don't know if this is all being caused by the roadworks, but it should be a priority to have the traffic lights working again at least a peak times. There will be an accident at some point.

Adding Part Time Traffic Signals on sliproad heading SOUTH A1(M), 1st July
Dear National Highways, so when you finish the scheme in 2025 can you add part time traffic signals when you heading to the A1 SOUTH so queues aren't happing up the A1(M) Washington area (Services) this would help the flow of traffic in the further years because there will be more traffic jams easier.

Coalhouse roundabout improvents, 28th May
So when going of the sliproad southbound for team valley the sliproad is really busy and its really difficultly to get onto the roundabout now I don't know why the whole roundabout does have traffic signals on it but its hard getting out, so add traffic signal to the southbound side. redoing the lanes because it should be 3 lanes because all the traffic on this roundabout is super busy and it would help traffic flow, adding part time traffic signals on the sliproad heading to junction 66, the southbound way.

Large amount of holes in the road surface which pose a risk to vehicles, 17th February
On the southbound and the northbound carriageway there are multiple potholes especially where the old road markings and studs were removed. This is present along both the NB and SB of the scheme in the roadworks, with specific focus on the road surface over the bridge. Unable to avoid due to the already congested and narrow temporary lanes. This has now caused damage to my tyres on my vehicle and these need to be fixed as soon as possible as they will cause a tyre blow out and may cause an accident.
