Beside the seriously damaged and deteriorating road surface, the mud deposited every time it rains, because of the defective drainage and potholes in the road, is regularly being splashed by passing vehicles onto front doors all along the service road. The road urgently needs resurfacing and the defective drainage needs to be rectified to solve this issue.

Very dangerous blind bend at junction, 18th April
On approach to Easington from Easington Grange to turn right the traffic approaching is very difficult to see. Some cars are travelling very fast round the bend. Can there be mirrors erected to prevent any collisions? Thank you

Pot holes and road surface is really bad, starting to ged really difficult to avoid them and there is the potential for damage to vehickes. The riad does need resurfacing rather than the potholes refilling., 18th April
Road surface and potholes are causing a concern for everyone. I know some were filled last year but really the road upto the holiday lets needs resurfacing. I would appreciate it if you could look into this incase it causes damage to vehicles and it is also dangerous to walk on. Thank you

Blocked drain outside Newsagents, 9th April
This drain constantly blocks causes rain to flood down the road and gush down the steps causing both the gully and footpath to flood right outside a busy shop. If much more rain its in danger of flooding into the shop.

Dog fouling in all community woodland and grass area highlighted., 7th April
We had a work morning in the County Council owned green space yesterday. The work involved splitting snowdrops - so volunteers working close to the ground with hand tools. I (as coordinator of the group) had to go ahead and remove the ridiculous amount of dog mess from the area. I weighed the bag of solely dog mess I collected, and it was just over 8 kilograms! - Something seriously needs to be done now. The posters put up by the dog warden have made no difference! We do not have the resources to mount any surveillance to catch the offender. We know it is the 'same dog' - please help. It is a disgrace to our village.
