There is a sign that has been left on the verge, right next to the "Powburn" sign, as you enter the village, northbound on the A697. It is advertising Hedgley Antiques, shouldn't be left here. It has also fallen over anyway & is now facedown on the verge. It is an A frame metal sign.

Blocked rain drains, 26th March
Most of the drains on the left hand side of whittingham road heading out of Glanton are totally blocked with mud, grass and debris, the drains are so blocked you would not even know the drains are there. This is leading to the rainfall we are having just running down the road like a river. This problem has been on going all winter. Are they due to be cleared ?

2 x potholes on alternating sides of this road in vacinty of those already reported., 20th March
These have been here for several months, inclement weather isn't helping them; road traffic will inevitably increase in coming months which will worsen their state, and increase risk of damage to vehicles.

Road is full of pot holes you can’t swerve to miss them, 18th March
The pot holes are all over the road they are so bad you can’t miss them leading up to the corner so if a car is coming other way there is going to be a crash . Funny enough just down the road at the council yard the road is perfect and has been renewed then past it it’s back to falling apart .

Blocked drains, 10th March
Glanton Bank. For the 3rd time in 6 months my husband has been clearing 16 drains from Glanton to Powburn. I have 33 pictures to highlight before & after. I have reported this issue before & yet again nothing has been done. If it's not cleared the water comes down the hill into Powburn & ends up at the end of our drive 5 Breamish Cottages NE66 4HN. The drains around our property are supposed to be priority drains but yet again my husband clears them as well. Why do we pay our council tax if nothing is being done. I would like to be contacted by highways reference this issue as it's not fair that my 60 year old husband is clearing drains that the Council should be doing
