Leak from path - much worse than photos show, 4th April
This problem has been going on for months. Ie way before December. 2023. Been reported in December and again in February 2024. It appears that Nothing is getting done to solve it. The narrow bank footpath is deteriorating substantially with holes, and ruts. Previous repairs are degrading. It is very concerning.

Road drain blocked with mud., 2nd April
It is outside 'Lochanburn'. During rain, drainage is very slow, gutter and pavement flood. Not urgent, just needs sorting when cleansing vehicle is next passing. Thank you.

Large potholes & broken road surface, 27th March
Potholes are so large/deep that they can't be avoided esp. when it's rained & puddles across the lane as drivers can't identify where they are as are hidden by darkness & by standing water. Caravan Club used a broken road bollard left over from recent roadworks last weekend to indicate to drivers where the potholes are to avoid problems for new people who would be unaware of ongoing pothole problems on Wintrick Lane & lane to Blackbrook farm.

Drop kerbs have considerably sunk ., 26th March
3x drop kerb have sunk considerably sunk after a poor repair was previously done. It is now very uneven and a trip hazard. Also causing numerous damage to car wheels and tyre's.

Mud on road from new development, 18th March
It has been continually muddy since the developers started, however it is getting increasing worse with not only mud but large stones spread across the south heading side of road. Now the developers have reduced the verge to a muddy mess they've started parking further up the road on the pavement completely blocking it.

This has been reported before but the report is now "closed" even though the sign post has not been repaired. The arrows sign indicating the tight right hand corner leaving East Thirston in the direction of Acklington has been damaged somehow and cannot be seen, especially in the dark.

Littering & Broken Glass, 27th February
Rubbish has been left at bottle banks & this is blowing along grass verges on either side of the lane. There is also broken glass on lane area surrounding the bottle banks. We have picked up the larger pieces of broken glass but the smaller pieces need sweeping up. Thank You
