Leak from path - much worse than photos show, 4th April
This problem has been going on for months. Ie way before December. 2023. Been reported in December and again in February 2024. It appears that Nothing is getting done to solve it. The narrow bank footpath is deteriorating substantially with holes, and ruts. Previous repairs are degrading. It is very concerning.

It is outside 'Lochanburn'. During rain, drainage is very slow, gutter and pavement flood. Not urgent, just needs sorting when cleansing vehicle is next passing. Thank you.

Drop kerbs have considerably sunk ., 26th March
3x drop kerb have sunk considerably sunk after a poor repair was previously done. It is now very uneven and a trip hazard. Also causing numerous damage to car wheels and tyre's.

Mud on road from new development, 18th March
It has been continually muddy since the developers started, however it is getting increasing worse with not only mud but large stones spread across the south heading side of road. Now the developers have reduced the verge to a muddy mess they've started parking further up the road on the pavement completely blocking it.

Pot holes and Dangerous Road Surface - Potential for Serious Accident, 10th February
The condition of the road at this location has become dangerous due to growing pot holes and degraded prior road repairs. As a local cyclist I use this road quite frequently but have recently had cause for concern. The location is on a corner with cars parked to the left (which is perfectly fine), which forces me to ride towards the centre of the road. It's at this location though that the road has pot holes and ruts, a damaged surface and loose chippings from the damage on the road. I feel its an accident for cyclists waiting to happen particularly if im not able to avoid the pot holes if traffic is moving on the road near this location.
To prove this is real, a neighbour had a bad accident on his bicycle last year at exactly this location and needed to go to A&E with sustained serious injuries.
I want to please ask your help to conduct a propper repair on this small stretch of road so that potential future accidents can be avoided.
