Uneven Paving, 7th January
The paving on the corner of Lindisfarne Road and Mimosa Avenue, Hebburn is uneven and damaged. The damage paving is sticking and an accident waiting to happen. I am aware of the problem and I have almost fallen on more than one occasion. This footpath leads to pensioners accommodation who are very much 'at risk'. The problem is getting worse as lots of vehicles park on the pavement

Light has not work for over 3 years after numerously reporting the issue, 5th January
Light not working causing area to be dark at night and attracting anti social behaviour. Been reported numerous times but is being ignored The light has number 2 written on it.

Huge pot hole on bith sides of speed bump, causing damage to cars, 2nd January
Huge pot hole on bith sides of speed bump, causing damage to cars. The whole of Crawley Avenue needs resurfacing from the bottom of hartleyburn avenue along to mill lane. These pot holes ate shoddily repaired numerous times a year instead of investing in fixing the root cause and resurfacing the full road like they have the other end of Crawley Avenue.

Car obstruction, 22nd December
We have had a car park and obstruct the pathway on at least 4 occasions. The space is not wide enough for a buggy or wheelchair user.

Flooded Path, 24th October
I’ve reported this numerous times over the last few years and still nothing has been done. Everytime it rains the footpath is not useable. This is a quick and cheap fix just levelling this off. There is no lighting on the path so makes it very dangerous at night. A lot of people use this path to access the riverside and it needs done desperately.

Children footballing in the street outside my house, 23rd October
I believe this has been reorted previously. Children aged approx 8-10 footballing in the front street, with little regard to where the ball is kicked. Frequently kicking into gardens and off cars. Remonstration brings cheek and abuse. Appeal to their better nature to be more carefull, and take care where they are kicking balls, is ignored, and leads to the ball being deliberately kicked into the garden. The is no control, the ball is frequently kicked 20 feet in the air not caring where it lands. I have had words with one parent previously, but that just led to immediate abuse and threats. I know others in the street have akso reported this.

Song smell of marijuana, 21st October
All day, Saturday 21st October there has been a strong smell of marijuana in the air. Thought it was a neighbour at first but its been ongoing since about the last 6-7 hours.

Anti-social Beha, 14th October
Youths playing football in the street during the day. The ball was hitting vehicles and windows of houses. 2 live at 54 Lindisfarne Road, Hebburn. They can be quite intimidating to older people. My wife is 74 and I am 72. We shouldn't have to put up with this. I believe they have been reported to the antisocial behaviour team at South Tyneside Council before. Spiky plants growing right across the path, 30th September
It's difficult to see in the photo, but there are spiky plants growing right across the path from about 3.5 feet high. Coming along the other night in the dark I didn't see them and was whipped in the face by them, on my mobility scooter. Most of the hedge is overgrown but the brambles or whatever they are are dangerous.

Borders not tended to properly, 25th September
This area is overgrown, the gardeners are cutting the grass but not the edges. The overgrown weeds are coming through to our well looked after garden. This is the second time that I have reported, so the condition is worse than what is displayed in the photograph. Its directly behind 39 Lindisfarne Road, Hebburn

Council grass boundaries not tended to properly, 10th September
The council contractors are not cutting the grassed areas behind our rear garden properly. The grass/weeds are in excess of 600mm high and now coming through to the surrounding gardens

Flytipping, 4th September
This is a constant problem in this back lane so it seems nothing is being down about it. Bins always left out and loads of rubbish laying in the lane. This needs investigating and sorted. I spend my own time taking photos and bothering to report it but nothing gets done. This time I would like someone from the council to ring me on 07875598416 and update me on what is being done about this. It’s atrocious. I’m going to start highlighting the fact on social media and inform people the council seem to take no action.

Rubbish being dumped, 28th August
Bags of rubbish being dumped. Also the council aren't cutting the grass verge properly, not cutting the grass into the our fence

39 Lilac Walk, badly overgrown garden blocking pavement, 18th August
The trees and bushes have not been cut back for at least 3 years and are now obscuring the footpath, necessitating going on the muddy grass, where mobilty scooters and wheelchairs get bogged down. The footpath should not be hidden because thoughtless owners cannot be bothered to cut back the mess in their gardens. It is bad enough trying to traverse Hebburn with the dire lack of dropped kerbs, without having the paths blocked as well! THis has been reported on at least 3 other occasions by myself but nothing has been done to correct things.

33 Lilac walk, Hebburn Brambles over path, 18th August
There are brambles and branches from the garden at 33 Lilac Walk, over the pavement, which have to be ducked under even on my mobility scooter. People walking have to go round on the boggy grass

Council trees growing through everyones garden fences, 18th August
This has been reported numerous times but the mess has not been cut back away from garden fences. Consequently all the people in the cul-de-sac of Westminster Crescent, have a mess and loads of ivy growing through the fences and the ivy is strangling the trees. This has been reported many times and nothing has been done to clear it.
