Large pothole near bend on NE63 9XS, 26th April
The pothole damaged the tyre on my car when I went through it. I'm not sure how long the pothole has been here, but it is very deep and near the tyre line for one side of the road, near the bend on a narrow section

Overhanging Branch and Lighting, 25th April
I would be ver grateful if this tree outside my flat (15 Elsdon Drive Ashington) could be trimmed down as it has a dangerously overhanging branch which is more lower when in full leaf and could damage or serious injury to person(s) or vehicles if brought down in a strong wind. Also this tree when if full leave blocks light entering my home and interferes with my Internet signal occasionally dropping out, this proves very frustrating as my son works from home and relies on the internet when dealing with customers. I am not asking for this tree to be removed completely, but would be grateful if it were trimmed to an expected level. If this branch were brought down in a strong wind you the Council would be liable for any injurys to the public and damage to any vehicles including mine parked outside my home. I hope you can find an acceptable solution to this problem... Thank you.

A Obstruction (Not Vegetation) problem has been found, 24th April
Two large temporary signs have been on this pavement for weeks - they keep falling over but, whether upright or flat, customer cannot get round them in her mobility scooter and has to go onto the road for a while until she's able to get back on the pavement. Do they need to be there?? Please could you advise customer as to when they are likely to be removed??

Grass very long, 24th April
Hi can you advise when the grass is going to be cut in this area, it hasn't been done once this year and is an absolute mess! And extremely long and making the estate look like an eye sore, people are paying high council tax and for what! Seems ares like Northseaton have been cut and kept tidy yet our area is an eyesore! When eventually cut due to the length of the grass this will need taken away and not blowing onto people drives and paths like they usually do.
