This problem was reported many months ago and has been signed off as completed which is pretty frustrating when you go to the trouble of placlng a complaint and you totally ignore the problem and then just say its completed. Someone must be accountable for ignoring and then basically lying. What's the point of this site if you don't act on the problems council tax payers highlight

1 way in North Seaton Road back lane, 3rd May
Cars parking in the back lane without permits and driving up the 1-way the wrong way ignoring signs and road markings. I almost collided with 1 that was driving down the 1-way as I was turning in, and earlier today there were 3 unregistered cars parked the wrong way. Please check the signs and road markings are okay and can a parking warden monitor it? It’s dangerous and inconvenient for those who do pay to park there. Thank you.

Missing gate post, 3rd May
Since the police chase on 26/4/24 down East Ford Road/Ellesmere Gardens, as I’m sure you are aware, the supporting post for the footpath and road gate was destroyed. Since then, a number of non council or Northumbrian Water vehicles have passed through the gate down into the Dene. This may seem trivial but as a regular dog walking path, cycle path and children playing area, the damage needs rectifying as a matter of urgency please.
