Overhanging Branch and Lighting, 25th April
I would be ver grateful if this tree outside my flat (15 Elsdon Drive Ashington) could be trimmed down as it has a dangerously overhanging branch which is more lower when in full leaf and could damage or serious injury to person(s) or vehicles if brought down in a strong wind. Also this tree when if full leave blocks light entering my home and interferes with my Internet signal occasionally dropping out, this proves very frustrating as my son works from home and relies on the internet when dealing with customers. I am not asking for this tree to be removed completely, but would be grateful if it were trimmed to an expected level. If this branch were brought down in a strong wind you the Council would be liable for any injurys to the public and damage to any vehicles including mine parked outside my home. I hope you can find an acceptable solution to this problem... Thank you.

Blocked drains, 25th April
The drains on dene road guidepost are all blocked with rubbish and concrete therefore when heavy rain flows down the bank it has nowhere to go but floods the front of my house to the average of 2 to 3 inches causing damage , I have reported this 2 times and according to the report it has been resolved but I have investigated and none have been cleaned

Ashington side of Wansbeck Riverside Park, 25th April
I have been down the Riverside Park this Morning and the Stakeford side of the Riverside park are having their second grass cutting of the year. On the Ashington side we still await our first cut. Can someone explain the imbalance here.

Raised drain. Footpath not finished, 24th April
Outside Choppington allotments the drain cover has been left raised the curbs has been left higher then the actual path. I'm a wheelchair user and find it difficult to use this path I have to use the road which isn't safe at all. The drain is a tripping hazard. This got left in a poor state by the workmen that were doing the willow farm building site

Collapsed wall, 24th April
This wall was collapsed by a reversing lorry in June 2023. I have raised a report THREE TIMES since then, the most recent was closed yesterday with no comment. It shouldn’t take nearly a year to remove some bricks so the area looks less like a building site! Currently, because of path works, there are rubble removals every day less than 20 yards away. If resources are tight, perhaps use this opportunity to remove this eyesore before it celebrates its 1st anniversary?
