A substantial and heavy tree branch is rotting away from the trunk of the tree, which will likely fall into a heavy pedestrianised footpath area with the potential to cause serious injury should a pedestrian or cyclist be in close proximity..

2 internal doors have been dumped on the Side of the A1068, 1st April
The doors were dumped on Good Friday between the hours of 11 and 12pm. They have been propped up against the hedging so are easily visible from the road. There is also some cladding broken into pieces on the opposite side of the road to the Hadston Scaurs beach road turn off. (This has been there for months!)

Theres litter appeared now that the grass had been cut. Could this be picked up. Litter seems a big problem around this area simonside crescent looking towards shops. Also grass around playing field cut but this one not why.

Fly tipping, 11th March
This is an old tent and bubble wrap, about 75 metres along the track this rubbish is on there is additional bubble wrap. The rubbish is on the School Field side of the hedge on Linhope Crescent. This rubbish has been there a few weeks. Access is via the small gate on that road. Many thanks for your prompt action.

Trees/vegetation encroaching onto the roadway, 8th March
Highways Act 1980 c. 66 Part IX Obstruction of highways and...Section 154. The section of road from the A1068 down to the sea front has multiple sections of trees and other vegetation at various points along it's whole length that obstruct the passage of vehicles. This includes broken/hanging branches, naturally overgrown vegetation requiring cutting back from the roadside etc. There is a risk of damage to cars, in particular in one or two spots where vegetation prevents two cars travelling in opposite directions to pass at the same time I can see this was reported by others in September 2023 and has not yet been addressed. Please could this section of roadway be cut back, maybe by a tractor mounted flail ?
