The footpath at the rear of 24&25 Challoners Gdns is in a dangerous condition namely the path itself is breaking up and the kerb stones are breaking loose. This footpath is used by elderly residents and could be the subject of an injury claim. This has been reported previously and the path was repaired from 26 to 29 and 23&22 leaving 24725 undone. this is disgraceful considering I was the one who reported the problem in the first instance and I live 25.

Branch's growing through phone lines., 6th May
Newmarket West Carpark -growing trees up through phone lines. Reported to BT last year who acknowledged it should be reported to the council. When in full leaf these trees block out a lot of natural light. Given we have no street lighting close by it can feel unsafe walking along the lane at night. Reported to council early last year, I received a call last December saying they were due to be done before Christmas. No work done as yet.

Reported reported ..nothing done . Please look at this asap . I want to be informed of what is done what is going to be done. Suck them out .jet them camera them repair if required . Please sort this out. No progress soon letter written to chief executive. This is not acceptable .

People putting household rubbish in street bins, 4th May
Some cockwomble has filled the street bin with crockery… It will be too heavy for council worker to lift. Should now bin is full and dog poo bags are just been left in the ground in front of… Just remove the bin, put a dog poo bin there instead and will stop this from happening week after week…

Potholes still there, 3rd May
Potholes on bennetts walk still there. Residents have put gravel in them, now there's bricks to fill the gaps. It's not acceptable as I reported this weeks ago. I am also aware that these have been reported before but still nothing.
Please can these be filled before there is an injury to people or cars.
Please don't respond and say my request is cancelled as it already been reported.

Cars parked on bend/speed traffic is going, 3rd May
Cars constantly parked on this bend, and traffic comes round at speed. Twice this week cars/van has been going too fast to stop and had to mount the pavement to avoid me coming round these cars. Accident waiting to happen either car on car or a pedestrian walking on the footpath.

Somebody has placed fencing wire across the entrance to the wood in Cottingwood Lane that has prevented access to a very well established path to The Dell at the other end

Ash Tree with significant die back, 3rd May
The Asn Tree has been checked previously, however branches are falling frequently from it now. A Wood pigeon brought down a branch two days ago clattering onto the road. Whilst someone collects the branches for their fire it is increasingly a public hazard.

Deep hole next to drain, 1st May
Hole has been getting bigger and deeper, next to the drain. Just before the bridge heading towards Morpeth. The support around the drain is crumbling away, if you notice it early it is possible to avoid, but if not it certainly feel the jolt as the car wheels are affected by it. Been there for 6 months at least.
