Came flying up the sliproad from stamfordham road to a69 (south) around 5:20pm on 5/4/24. Travelling above speed limit, Tailgating me literally within inches of my bumper. I have this all on dashcam. At the a69 round he exited towards a69 in an agressive manner cutting accross lanes. T333 COO - Vauxhall insignia. Please do something about this im sure you should have tracker systems in place in all your vehicles.

Report Bug On A69, 4th April
When i try reporting a problem it says you dont own the A69 But you autally do own it and it sends you to fix my street and you dont read the reports and they forgotten about please fix this bug because theres lots of things on the A69 what needs fixed!

A1/A69 roundabout faded lane markings, 5th March
Lane markings faded. Cars swerving from lane to lane almost causing accidents. Unless you have local knowledge drivers can't tell which lane they need to be in. Has been like this for years and needs addressing. The last two days I've nearly had accidents from people swapping lanes due to no markings.

Traffic lights sequencing/synchronisation, 24th January
The issue surrounds eastbound traffic at the junction of the A69 with the A1. The lights are out of sequence which results in the restriction of the flow of traffic in attempting to join the A1. As a result, the eastbound traffic backs up on a regular basis for over a mile. This issue has been ongoing for over one year and bearing in mind that traffic beyond the lights has been moving freely. The lights sequence needs adjusting to accommodate the heavier flow of traffic eastbound.

Lights stuck on red in the morning, 24th August
These lights are stuck on red in the mornings exiting the A1 northbound, when then attemptiong to enter the roundabout to go on either straight ahead or turn right. This has been the case since at least Monday. cars are having to enter the roundabout when the lights are on red.

Large pothole on the speed bump and on the Apperley junction leading to Burnstones, 1st June
This pothole has been reported numerous times to Newcastle City Council. This had been present for over 4 months now.

The traffic light on the South bound slip road, going down from the roundabout, hanging off hinges. Has been for months. I though someone would check something so important. People often run this red light and as someone who crosses there twice a day as a pedestrian, it's quite something. No wonder: the thing is hanging off and stays up only thanks to some wires. (incidentally, what are these instructions under the box: 'be polite' - am I eleven?)

The traffic lights stop working each morning, 23rd January
The traffic lights on the A1 north slip road onto the A1/a69 roundabout don't change every time like they do normally at none peak hours. We live in the estate adjacent and therefore are familiar with the sequence (when the Central roundabout lights to allow continue onto the A1 north are green so are the ones at the end of the slip road).
When the issue happens the lights change every three-five cycles and this happens nearly daily at around 8am/8.30am and causing a large issue including tailbacks on to the A1 and also blocks up the roundabout when it is then having to be used as a roundabout (unless you want to sit there for nearly 20mins rather than go through a red light). It has been happening for at least the last 6 months, but it is becoming more common, happening both on Friday and then again this morning.
It needs to be sorted as a very serious accident is likely to occur due to the speed of cars coming around the roundabout from the A1 south and the a69 (West road) heading west. Furthemore, a 15minute journey took me 35mins this morning due to the traffic caused, adding to air pollution issues and also creating impatience with drivers, likely increasing the risk of an accident!
