Large Diesel trail along this road and military road, 5th January
Large Diesel trail along the road to Cawburn/ Edges Green and military road also into Cawfield quarry from a van yesterday it was only when someone took the dogs for a walk I realised how much Diesel had been spilt he broken down after going into Cawfields Farm down a private road he was travelling around the area.

Grit salt piles request, 14th December
This road from The Military Road is 4 miles long to the forest and the only section with grit piles is on the hill by Shield on the Wall. This road is used extensively by log wagons, holiday cottage guests at Scotchcoulthard, local walkers and local traffic through the forest. Should a log wagon get stuck, there is no other quick route out once past Edges Green. The road from Edges Green does not get gritted as the wagon turns round at that point.
