Blocked Drain, 18th April
Cross lane underpass which is a footpath/cycleway under the A1 western bypass road is flooded approx 30cm deep due to blocked drainage in underpass which is making it impassable it has been like this for approx 2 weeks and is causing considerable inconvenience to people who use this pathway as the alternative route across the A1 is a considerable distance away

As you exit the A1 North Bound, these pair of signs are the only signed indicator of a speed change from a 50 to a 30. The sign here is soo faded, it is barely readable and to compound the issue, no further signs are present as you progress along the route towards MetroCentre.

House sold in auction currently renovated. Decided to dump sofas, kitchen units, old doors from the house in the back lane of normount rd. The furniture was originally in that house as the guy who lived there is in a home. I had personally seen n confirmed with family. Another profit orientated landlord!!

Traffic lights facing wrong way hollinside rd A1 bridge towards swalwell, 14th July
Three sets of traffic lights. The set in front of the stop line is turned and is difficult to see those changing alongside if at line. Watched van with trailer sit through green light and pulled away when on red, presumably looking at next lights further ahead which changed green. For visitors to MetroCentre not familiar with those lights, is accident waiting to happen. Been like that a few weeks. What three words location: motel.gained.alert
