Various deep potholes, 12th April
Travelling from High Hayrake NE47 9UP on the left hand side there are several potholes that need filling just past the house with varying depths, then where the pin is on the map there is a large hole here and another one just past it. Then as you travel down the twisty bank there are several smaller holes which need repairing also. This is combined with water running down the bank caused by crushed verges from a local farmer driving over them to get in and out of his field.

Flooding of the carriageway where cars have to drive on the opposite side of the road due to a blocked drain gully. This is often worse than shown in the photograph and has been this way since at least last year.

Full length of black way has damaged road surface and potholes, 1st April
Full length of black way towards ford and after Ford up hill to main road is breaking up , large area of gravel and potholes now apparent due to uncleared road drainage channels that has caused water to pour down the road for years now and damage surface . Very dangerous in winter when it freezes and to cyclists and drivers and walkers .
