53 long pothole on Pawston Road heading towards Barlow from High Spen., 12th January
My wife hit this pothole on Wednesday the 8th January 2020 resulting in her puncturing her passenger side front tyre and damaging her wheel. The pothole is 53 long by 17 wide and 3 deep. It already has being marked to repair with a yellow line on but still showing a pothole.

Holes in road outside our gate, 26th March
We have holes outside our gate so when it rains they fill up with water our gate is always covered in dirty water from cars going past and we have to listen to make sure no one is coming along the street other wise you end up getting soaked which my wife and I have been before. Our road has been in a terrible state for many years and got worse when it became a main road for a day as the main road was closed due to the gable end falling off from one of the houses. Someone has been out and marked some of the holes in the street so some work must be going to be done this year at some point but no marks by the holes I have reported before.

Car causing obstruction to traffic leaving junction., 18th March
This car has being left there since February which is causing a obstruction if you are leaving Dobson Close and the adjoining estates nearby.You cannot see Traffic coming along main road from the left till quite late which is causing a problem for residents trying to get out.

Leylandii hedge over 3 metres high, 25th June
Leylandii hedges over well over 3 metres high. The hedge also looks diseased, dying and is therefore a danger to public and property with risk of falling. The trees are on a busy residential area which is a popular root for children and parents for local school. The hedge is also overshadow neighbouring gardens & greenhouse.

Vehicle abandoned from 17th November 2016 blocking pavement, 18th December
This vehicle has been abandoned and hasn't moved since the 17th November 2016. It is blocking the pavement for pedestrians so they have to walk in the road. This is dangerous, due the added reason this is busy route for children to go to the nearby school.

Settlement and cracking over gas main trenches, 17th September
Over the last couple of years the settlement and cracking has become much worse where the banging from delivery vans and trucks is becoming unbearable and the rainwater actually runs into the cracks which is obviously causing erosion to the sub base, making matters worse.

Masive pothole, 12th January
On my way home tonight came across this huge pothole witch when I went over made a huge noise as I stopped my car and got out I realised how big it actually was upon getting back in my car to drive home my steering feels funny with a knoking noise I will take it in to garage tomorrow for inspection.it was to dark to take a photo but I will go tomorrow to take one thanks

Building waste, 11th August
There's a 1 ton skip bag full or rubble that's been dumped in front of the barrier to get to the path through Bog Wood. There's also some more building waste that's been left further towards Greenside in front of a gate. I first noticed the skip bag this morning but the other waste has been there since last week.

Road surface breaking up, 8th February
The back lane of Hillcroft, Highfield is in a poor state of repair. Previous potholes that have been filled have reappeared and other new ones have also appeared. These could cause possible damage / wear to the suspension of cars of residents. Whole lane requires resurfacing.

Huge, deep Pothole., 29th January
There is a huge pothole on the near side carriageway between Coalburns and Greenside on Lead Road. It is very deep and full of water and you can't see it until it's too late and you've hit it.

Roadworks, 27th January
There was a water burst at rear of 15 Olga terrace near Margaret terrace and the contractor has left a big hole with plastic barriers around hole and it has being like this for several weeks. It is difficult to manoeuvre a car round if there is a car parked near and then you have to mount kerb to avoid a pothole a little further up street. Telephone number on barriers is 0845 717 1100 and belong to fast flow.

Potholes, 27th January
Pothole at top of Margaret terrace and behind Olga terrace in which you have to mount the kerb to avoid it.Its approximately 12" by 12" wide and about 5" deep.Being like that for 2months now. There is another starting to form further down storer which left will turn out this one.

Pothole up rear of Olga terrace, 16th April
Numerous potholes down rear of Olga terrace and Margaret terrace.There is also numerous potholes on bottom of Olga terrace which I have already reported months ago twice they have yellow pant sprayed round holes but no action.The pothole in photo is approx 16" long by 18" wide by 3 " deep and to avoid pothole you have to mount the kerb.I take a size 11 in boots so you can use that as a scale.
