Damaged pavement lancets house South Shields, 22nd April
Damage around CATV cover outside Landreth house Boldon lane South Shields Wheelchair wheel broken after getting stuck In the large gap. NHS had to replace wheelchair wheel which took a full week to repair. Not to mention the cost to the NHS.

Dentists continue to block pavement for wheelchair to pass. Main road so unable to travel on road due to no dropped pavement. Went to dentist to inform them but still parks blocking access.
