Overgrown shrub backing onto Ashley high school, 22nd April
The shrub that runs all the way along the school field from the back of Woodhall court is overgrown due to fencing being put up last year therefore the maintenance team couldn’t get to it. The fencing is down now and the grass was cut at the weekend but not the hedge. Will this get cut at some point soon?

Hedge running behind 8-11 Woodhall Court is overgrown. The council cuts the grass here and normally cuts this back but hasn't been done for some time and very overgrown.

Dust and lots of it., 20th April
Seaton Delaval is seeing a new school built. Mud is clearly a problem but in dry weather that mud becomes dust and it's everywhere. I, as well as other locals, have breathing difficulties. I cannot ventilate my house to porevent damp because my house fills with airborne dust. A roadsweeper makes more and more dust and traffic stirs it up too. The road sweeper is sweeping a dry road and is not spraying water to control the dust. Construction vehicles are not seeing wheels thoroughly cleaned before exiting the site. This issue needs highlighting to envoronmental health.

Mattresses dumped in yard open area of 46 manners gardens, 20th April
Smell is vile. Pest control needed as rats seen... mould and unhealthy to area. People at property could not care less....they have dumped in back yard... this has been the case for at least 3 months. Disgusting. Needs removing.

Can we get a street clean in the area as there is a lot of mud and stones on the road, making it slippy and could cause damage to cars from the new school site there is also an issue with contractors cars and lorry and Ive sent a report to parking

Double bed and base dumped again beside the bins. The bins you see as you drive into the estate A continuous problem. An item is collected then further dumping occurs . Not sure if that camera is working.

A Road Sweeping problem has been found, 16th April
Mr Hall reports serious thick mud and debris on this main road (The Avenue) near to the Seaton Delaval roundabout. The mud is being created by the new school development and the site traffic. The mud is caked onto the road, and is possibly dangerous for cyclists and motor bikes. Mr Hall suggests the road should be cleansed regularly

Leak near wall at 20 seaburn view, 15th April
Seems to be a leak or some sort of water issue under the grass on seaburn view (outside number 20) thought it may of just been the grass being boggy from all the rain but upon inspection for the past couple of weeks its been a constant flow from under the wall? Filthy neighbour, rubbish filling back yard., 15th April
Problem since October 2023. Has been reported numerous times. Rats have now nested and are in the yards. She has been given a 21 day notice from the Council, it has expired and she is littering her yard again. Issue is upstairs flat of 11 Westbourne Terrace.
