Household waste in rear of neighbours garden, 26th April
I have reported this problem several months ago, and nothing has been done. There's an issue with a rat infestation which has worsened and they are climbing up the drainpipes and walls of the house. The boundary fence has started collapsing into the path on the side of my house.

Dog fouling., 26th April
Since the last report over 7 weeks ago the dog poo and glass is all still there. We now have the added pleasure of used dog poo bags thrown across the MUGA and stuck in its fencing. How are kids meant to play in this space! It shouldn’t take over 7 weeks to clean a kids play space.

Fly tipping / obstruction of the highway / health and safety issue, 25th April
This waste, litter, rubbish has been abandoned in this back lane. Pedestrian are inable to walk on the path as there is simply no access to it. It would be very unsafe to walk on the path down the back lane and there are so many items blocking access. The weather is also a concern, a combination of wind and litter, waste, rubbish is an accident waiting to happen.
Tensions are rising within the community due to the perceived lack of action from partner agencies regarding this property. It is believed that the building on Carlton street may have a caravan or vehicles in which subsequently is a fire risk. No enforcement action appears to be happening , despite issues being raised for years ? A multi agency approach needs to be taken and residents need to be informed.
