Multiple potholes just a few feet in front of the bus stop heading towards the turn in to Mayfield, 14th May
This pothole has been there for a while but since January it hasn’t gotten a lot worse. And it is starting to get even worse to the point that the road is now getting multiple potholes alongside another. I believe there is 3/4 in a group around there that are now no matter how much you slow down they still create such a bump. These potholes have actually caused me to physically lift out of my seat, and that’s considering I was slowing down to go to Rosedene Villas. They’re getting worse and deeper and in whatever car I’m in lower or higher they still feel just as bad

Litter bin behind back gate over flooring/can it be moved, 14th May
Good Morning.
I’ve already emailed trough the website but will follow up with another after navigating the site.
I live at 28 Storey Street NE23 6RL. Telephone 07725476081
There is a bin outside my back gate, and during the winter there is no real issue, however during the summer this makes my back garden unusable, due to the smell.
The Bin is next to lamp post 3579CR
The bin is also nearly full witch adds to the problem, especially in high heat.
Can the bin be emptied before it overflows? better still can it be moved to between the gap in the houses ? which makes more sense ?
The smell during the summer is causing significant mental health issues.
Thanks in advance.
Craig

Tree, 14th May
This is the root of the horse chestnut tree at the rear of my property. It is inside the fence and only 4 metres (17 feet) from my house wall. The garden is riddled with them as I found out being a keen gardener. These could undermine the foundations of the house. While it is a nice tree it is too close to the house and reduces the light in the kitchen. It also is a problem to my neighbour as it interferes with his satellite reception and kids throw sticks trying to knock off the Conner’s. Please fell it. As many trees of this age are falling in the strong winds, if this tree falls it is so huge, it could fall on the houses. As previously reported it is standing in waterlogged ground which is undermining the roots. Please help.

In reference to a previous log: FixMyStreet ref: 5882482, this car has still not moved and continues to deteriorate further and mould is starting to appear inside on the front seats. Upon checking the DVLA, this car's MOT expired on the 12th April 2024, it is taxed until 1st August 2024. I can see a notice has been placed on the car but no one appears to have been to the vehicle still.
