No street lighting. Many reports on App not actioned. Still not fixed May 24. NCC not actioning or updating residents or providing safety lighting. Dangerous to all residents. Complaints also lodged. Would be fixed if this street was in Ponteland after months of waiting residents are fed up. Completely unacceptable in terms of time, health and safety, crime etc. Residents will be going to social media and press next to get something done as it’s a complete joke. Chronicle are attending street 10th May for press report and to interview local residents.

Blocked Drain / Surface Water Additional Damage, 5th May
Months old. NCC have not cleaned or actioned previous reports. Drain blocked Road damaged due to surface water. Danger to public traffic especially bike / motorbike users. Deep and large pothole. Danger to nearby private properties as no proper drainage channel now. Complaint also lodged with Council as residents fed up of no action and being ignored. Damage now worse and more dangerous to public. Drain on blind corner so road users and pedestrians may not see in advance. Dated - 5th May 2024. 3rd report being lodged.

Dog waist, 5th May
Hi I've enclosed photos of dog waste I'm having a continued problem with Declan Thompson his mother lives in the next square along and Declan and his step farther are letting there dog foul directly behind my garden gate on the path and grass I've cleared the dog waste up as there are children who play on the bit grass behind our home directly behinde 6 Canonbie square this is a problem that's happening more often now I've now set up CCTV to record them doing it I've also got a diary with dates and times thanks. Street light flashing constantly, 4th May
I reported this 24 hours ago, ref 5927942, but disappointingly it is not fixed. The flashing light through my front windows is affecting my eyes and head. If this flashing was on tv, it would have to include a warning beforehand. Anyone in the area with epilepsy may be triggered.

A192 Sliproad Improvements Upgrading., 3rd May
Dear Northumberland County Council, I Want to Improve This A192 Sliproad and make it safer and easier and the 3rd picture is the scheme finshed, lets talk about the problems Lack of Signs to tell you uits the A192 ITS JUST SAYS East Hartford and it should say "The South East Hartford, Morpeth, A192. Then if we look in the 3rd picture the 40 signs will be moved down to the start of sliproad will build new 40 signs with no stopping Signs AND remove the No Stopping Signs be it self, It will be resurfaced nice and smooth Tar because it has potholes and cracks in the road. the sliproad sign will be moved off the light and made into its own sing post with the sliproad sign, we will add chevons onto the sliproad, AND when you joining onto the A192 Could you Make chevons into main road ones E.g Like A19. Thank you So Much i hope this Scheme Will Come.

Re 5923634, 2nd May
An update on the bizarrely reported obstruction, ref 5923634, which someone posted at 0129 on 2/5/24 for reasons best known to themselves.
The property owners are aware of the issue and are in the process of getting quotes to repair the wall. It woukd be nice if faceless, nameless reporters could also understand that the little darlings who go to Hillcrest School, often trespass on the property, remove bricks and cause risk to themselves. This too has been reported to the police and head.
