A1 junction 74 (Newburn) southbound - just after the left turn on the sliproad as you head downhill, there is a change in tarmac, 6th December
A1 junction 74 (Newburn) southbound - just after the left turn on the sliproad as you head downhill, there is a change in tarmac. There was previously road markings here, however, they have degraded and left potholes under them. Additionally there is a wide pothole spreading over two lanes from the centre marking which has got significantly larger and deeper over the last two months. It's almost unsighted due to the corner and downhill gradient

Large pot hole on outside lane of Blaydon highway at top of fly over, 16th October
Been here a few weeks and has got worse in outside lane of blaydon highway from blaydon towards scotswood near the top of the flyover.

Fence damage to abandoned allotments has lead to children using it as a place to have fires, evidence of drug use and alcohol consumption., 6th July
Now the fence is down and gate is broken to these allotments children are using it as place to go. It’s the allotments opposite pickering drive. This issue needs to be resolved before the summer holidays as children will use it as a place to hang out.

This vehicle has parked on a grass verge in a quiet cul de sac …. The grassed area is soft ground . There is sufficient parking in the street .

Dangerous parking, 28th February
Two vans, one particularly large have been parked within two feet of a junction. They are on a very narrow residential street (Fairway), causing an obstruction to visibility for drivers entering and leaving Fairway, and are partially on the pavement. Both of these vehicles are driven by the householder at 4 Stella Hall Drive.

A1 Blaydon Bridge Plaque, 19th November
Since the recent update of the traffic fencing on the upstream side of Blaydon Bridge the marble plaque which was unveiled by H M The Queen to mark the official opening was removed and has never been re erected. The fence is a continuous run across its original position on the parapit. When is this going to be replaced ?

The END signs shows the average speed check of 50 ending at the widening works by COSTAIN Then approx 50m away is a permenant 50 mph This is very confusing the end sign should be removed as the road is a constant 50mph Motorised seeing the END sign start to pick up speed thinking its 70mph
