Blocked Road gulley: Fix my street report ref 5838629, 24th April
I reported a blocked road gulley outside 76 Eastern Way Darras Hall NE20 9RE on 2/8/2023, and again on 11/4/2024 which has still not been cleared resulting in flooding during heavy rain. You advised me this afternoon 24/4/2024 at 16.04pm that the gulley had now been cleared and the case closed but the gulley has not been cleared at all and remains blocked! Could you please expedite clearance as soon as possible.

Blocked drain, 25th April
I had previously Reported via mobile in the Blocked - Flooding of Road/Path category anonymously at 19:46, Wed 6 December 2023,Sent to Northumberland County Council , FixMyStreet ref: 5290214.
This the drain outside in the street in front of the drive of 89 Eastern Way. Ponteland Ne209rq which is fully blocked for the last year.nothing has been done to unclog it.i received a text saying that the previous complaint has been closed as the problem drain is fixed but this is the current photo of the drain in front of my house and its fully blocked.

Loose kerbstones near Ponteland (Club & Institute) Ltd, 24th April
There is a very dangerous loose pavement kerbstones near the vehicle access to Ponteland Club. Photos show the problem. The angle of pavement area around the kerbstone is higher than the kerbstone itself and anyone who was not looking carefully could trip and suffer a severe injury.

This kerbstone, along with others in the vicinity, is loose and constitutes a hazard for anyone living the Ponteland Club heading toward the car park. Probable caused by heavy vehicles delivering to Ponteland Club.

Vehicle obstructing footpath at school closing time, 23rd April
The workmen on this property completely blocked the footpath, forcing children to move onto a busy road to get past.
Children who did try to squeeze past had pulleys with metal attachments thrown towards them, whilst trying to pass.
I approached the workmen to request their vehicle was moved, before children came out of school, which was laughed at.

Drain covers sunken causing deep dips in the road, 23rd April
On road alongside pavement outside Blackbird pub there are 3 separate drains which have sunken into the road. They are basically like large potholes. They have been like this for several months. When there is oncoming traffic it is impossible to avoid them and is likely to cause damage to cars. Thank you

Potholes and repairs have eroded road markings, 22nd April
This junction is an accident blacks pot as the give way sign on the road is not clearly visible due to the extremely poor state of the road from multiple pot holes and repairs. I had a near miss travelling along Darras Roas from a vehicle that failed to give way from Eastern Way.

Loose kerb, 22nd April
The kerb stone has come loose, probably from vehicles driving over it. It now has a large gap which somebody could easily catch their foot/ankle in. It appears to have come loose over the past weekend.

Driver of non electric vehicle parked at EV spot only, 18th April
On the 17th April approx 5:55pm at the ponteland leisure centre car park driver of the silver Audi OY60HDX parked at available EV space with non EV vehicle. As I have pulled to the spot I have kindly asked the driver to move his car to other spaces advising him he took only available EV spot with his non EV car. I have told him I am in desperate need to charge my car to which he responded very aggressively and calling me vulgar names. At the time I was with my 6 year old child and I found this incident very upsetting

Grass Cutting, 18th April
Good morning, I along with the other residents of Pont View, Ponteland have noticed that the recreational grassed area in our street has not been cut this year but the other smaller grassed areas in the street have been cut twice in the last few weeks. Could we ask that when the 'grass cutting driver' next comes into Pont View the larger field could also be cut. This field is popular with the children in the street to play in but at this time they cannot as it the grass is rather long. Many Thanks
