Dead ash tree close to railway line and also overhanging private property, 29th April
There is an ash tree off the footpath behind Elm Bank Road and the railway line. Two ash trees have been removed by Network Rail already as they were judged to be a danger to the line. The ash tree in question looks to have died from ash die back. Its branches overhang my garden and one recently fell onto our children's trampoline, fortunately not whilst they were on it.

This hole in the path is still there although it wa reported in January 2024 The green near by has been cut but the grass is growing over the path and needs trimming back as well as the hedge needing cutting back as it takes up about 1/3 of the path in places

In the grass there is currently a Stop Valve metal lid which has been taken off at some point and does not sit flush with the grass area which could cause tripping hazard to public

From junction with main road to Kepwell Court plethora of potholes, 28th April
This problem has been reported on numerous occasions dating back to early 2023 and NCC have yet to carry out any repairs. As has been pointed out in previous reports this road is used for access to the church and a doctors surgery as well as being used during the Remembrance parade as stated an accident waiting to happen

Grass verge NE42 6PF, 27th April
The grass verge on Cheyne Road never gets cut and it is a disgrace. When we complained to our local councillor last year it got cut once. I have lived here for 40 years and it was always maintained but for the past 10 years it has been left to grow and look absolutely awful. I know it is a big hill but the badger hill is bigger and that is always cut and looks fine, but of course it will look fine as it is on a main road not tucked away in an estate. We all pay a huge amount of poll tax and for what, as apart from the grass the trees are very big and need thinning out and the footpath in front of the houses from number 10 to 18 is a total hazard. This issue needs addressing asap as it is the same hill it was when it used to be maintained.

2 substantial cracks in children's slide, 26th April
There is significant damage to the children's slide in the park outside Prudhoe waterworld. A child could become seriously injured using this. It seems it has been here a while, as it was reported in February along with other issues.
