The following problems have been reported on Fix My Street within 2 miles of NE13 7AB:
Verges unable to cope with rain water, 25th April
The verges along the side of Green Lane have not been maintained meaning that the high volume of rain water has no where to go. There are tree branches and debris within them. If the verges were cleared the road would not flood and the water would be able to flow freely. I have dropped the pin at the worse area but the verges all along this road need looking at.

Whole road flooded, 2nd November
The whole road is severely flooded and dangerous to drive on so should be closed as it is impossible to turn around once you hit a flood that you don't want to drive through so are forced to drive through it, and it has impacted the performance of my car and probably many others.
