Burnt Car Debris on road - Carvale Ave, 27th January
On Carvale Ave, opposite No 44, there was a car that was burnt out. There is still debris on the road here, including metallic screws, one of which had to be removed and repaired from my vehicle's tyre.
This is also a safety hazard by pedestrians, as there are sharp edges protruding from this burnt debris that would injure any pedestrian who fello to or tripped over it.
Can NLC please attend and ensure this stretch of road is made safe, and any remaining debris properly removed and disposed of.

Light on wall out, very dark area at lockups especially at farthest end, 15th December
The light on the corner of the flats which faces eastwards and illuminates the lockups is out and makes the area generally dark and more difficult to see to unlock padlocks, this being repaired would illuminate all 5 garages and make the area safer

Blocked drain, 15th December
Blocked drain on the corner of the opening to the lane leading to the lockups at 211 - 217 Main Street, DAMM already cleared out the drain at the lockups at the bottom of the lane. The water and sludge is coming from this drain as it is blocked at the top and runs down the incline to the drain at the front of the lockups
