The state of this road is disgraceful and dangerous. Vehicles are driving down the centre of the road to avoid the holes. The damage starts on the bridge at the Skirling turnoff, on the council boundary and continues all the way to the A702 in Biggar. I shall be taking photos of the potholes. There should be a weight restriction for vehicles on this road - it is being used by tankers, tour coaches and the like, as a short cut to the A701.
