Potholes in roadwayin delves park, 31st December
This roadway is in a shocking state of disrepair with horrendous (unacceptable) subsidance of the road surface - resulting in huge, and i do mean huge, potholes. this presents a clear danger to both pedestrians and motorists and in the event of accident or injury being caused by these faults you will, now, after being notified by me of the danger; be leaving the council liable to potential huge (many?)? insurance claims if unrepaired. please attend to this eysore and danger and please keep me informed of your actions concerning my complaint. i am visiting this site on 31/12/2012 and i will submit a very telling photograph as a follow up to this message. my car has already been damaged as a result of driving over this fault in the dark regards, angus christie

This is constantly causing arguments, and also annoys members of the public trying to use pavement. Some form of markings would be handy to stop cars parking and blocking the driveway.
